Omgoodness Excellent. My husband who is very picky was ready to register as a member. It was that good. The environment was warm and friendly yet quiet and inviting . Definitely coming again.

Could not get the massage scheduled. The owner acted as if we were trying to rip her off. They were rude and unprofessional. I traded them in and would rather go elsewhere!

Lisa, Medical & Sports Massage will send out terms of agreements to all of the groupon consumers that want to come to their office. If you did not agree to the terms then you can't schedule a session. The goal for the groupon promotional rate is to sell our services. Most people who do not intend on buying our service, do not want to tip the therapist will have a problem with the on groupon terms of agreement. Being upfront and honest about our intentions for the very affordable first time visit on groupon will not change. Thank you for your feedback I hope it helps others with clarity on expectation of converting the groupon voucher into a full price client.
