Sorry to hear that, you should have said something... but all this Groupon was is a RELAXING massage, nothing more. If you wanted deeper tissue then it would have been extra $$.

I was late from traffic. And the owner went over my allotted time to fulfill my full appointment. She did not have to do that, and I really appreciated her generosity and kindness! The room had a great ambiance.
