Agressive? you and your husband took advantage of our team and had them clean longer and more then they were supposed to. your house was filthy. you guys screamed at me over the phone and yelled at my cleaners and refused to pay for the extra services you made my team do. I was not agressive, if I raised my voice it was because you were yelling. you thought that $156 would pay to clean your house which was not cleaned in years? sorry, but no. taking advantage of people does not work and I would not take you back as a customer as not only did you not pay but you mistreated my employees and yet you say I was the agressive one. I do stand up for my people and our work.
