The Bar Method
The Bar Method is a single full-body workout—but in a way, it seems more like four workouts. The class—which takes place at the ballet barre and on mats—blends interval training, toning isometrics, dance conditioning, and elements of physical therapy. Participants improve posture and work all the major muscle groups in our studio at the La Cumbre Plaza, next to Williams-Sonoma and BCBG. The Bar Method also transforms physiques—flattening abs, toning arms, and slimming thighs.
