The Honey B, Santa Barbara

Katie Belanger, also known as The Honey B, calls her rooftop restaurant "a little kitchen with a lot of love". Her mission is to make others smile with her culinary skills and vegan recipes. Her rooftop eatery is located directly above the Saturday Farmers Market where Katie buys fruit and vegetables—juicy tomatoes, buttery avocados, and seasonal herbs, all of which end up in hearty buddha bowls and breakfast treats. In her menu, Katie also included signature waffle sammies, for meat or veggie fans. Cheddar and chive waffles, for example, are served with crispy bacon, carmelized onions, arugula, tomato, and chipotle sauce.
