Villa Rosa Inn, Santa Barbara

Do not book this!!!!! I gave this as a gift to my parents and it has been a disaster for them. The booking was confirmed and everything seems fine until they got there and tried to put them into a different hotel and charge them more money even though this Groupon says all fees are paid upon purchase. They said they are not on Groupon and have charged hundreds of dollars for the stay.

I am still trying to fix that they double charged me for this hotel on Groupon and on my credit card there was a separate charge for the room directly from Villa Rosa Inn. Be careful!

This was the worst experience I have ever had. This hotel should not be open. Our room was filthy. There were spiders everywhere our windows were broken and unable to shut. The furniture had cigarette burns and stains. I would definitely not recommend. Doors were broken and no doorknob to the outdoor patio.

Terrible! They told me they were sold out and put me in a motel in a terrible room with a fish tank inside a closet that you could see through the main lobby area( no privacy) avoid!
