My experience today has been awful. To start, they texted me the day of and asked if they could reschedule for earlier in the day. I agreed, rearranged my schedule, and got home early, then the cleaners arrived 30 min late, after rushing home. Upon returning to my home, the level of cleanliness was subpar. There was toothpaste on the bathroom mirror and sink. Hair in shower and sinks. The half bath toilet had dirty stains under seat that weren’t adequately cleaned. The dining room table was never touched and I could see the dust on top. Additionally, the TV stand and the decor on top of it had to be re-dusted. It appears they wiped around the items on the TV stand instead of wiping down the actual picture frames and items. Half the windows were cleaned, and others were left with my dogs nose prints all over, clearly never touched. The kitchen sink still had chocolate protein powder in it from my breakfast this morning, and the microwave had clearly not been cleaned. When I’m paying extra for a “deep clean” service, I expect far better than what I received. I should never have to clean my home after I pay a house cleaner to come.

Very disappointing. My 3 hours cleaner only took care of a medium and small bathroom and kitchen. I had to clean the rest of the apartment. The place is not much used, so it’s fairly clean. Additionally the company wanted $25 extra, not sure for what reason. chargeme
