The place was closed when I got there and when the hairdresser finally did arrive, she didn't say much. Seemed like she just wanted to get the appointment over with. Plus early in the morning the salon was FREEZING.

Came here for a Brazilian wax and lets just say I won't be back. I wasn't even half way done when I stopped the whole process because I felt like my skin was getting yanked off instead of the hair. I wasnt given any aloe or any cream to clean/sooth myself and I'm still in a lot of pain a day later. When I asked if the length was too long and that's what was making it difficult to wax properly, I was told yes. If it was too long, she shouldn't have started to begin with!
