Lately I noticed "Wrap this" cut down the serving size... but food quality is still the best in the bay area.

They have amazing food, but I have recently seen a lack of service and quality. The wait is always extremely long and they need better customer service (this is something that has always been a problem, but has never improved over the past four years I have been a customer). I am a loyal customer, but their quality and ingredients are starting to lack. They changed their fries too, and this was one of my favorite items on their menu, major disappointment!
