The restorative facial I got took 40mins total & consisted of 2 face masks that sat on my face for 15 mins each and no massage. I commented on how quick the facial was and asked why no extractions. She said she used a serum that cleans pores & melts blackheads away? Maybe she treats Groupon people differently or is just Lazy. It took so long to use Groupon too. I bought it a year ago this month.

Very disappointed. I feel this was a way for her to sell her skincare products. The treatments were not an hour, she rescheduled for another appointment she had previously scheduled and another time didn’t show up at all or even answer calls.

This appointment was confirmed 3 days ago for today. She redeemed my voucher when I confirmed my appointment. Today she messaged me that she had to reschedule me to accommodate an appointment for another person. I asked for a refund and she referred me back to Groupon until I told her she already redeemed my voucher. She did, then, reach out to Groupon and I got Groupon bucks. Be aware.

Emily is so wonderful, I’m beyond grateful I found her. She educated me on my skin like no one ever had before. She’s so sweet and lovely. I can’t wait to see her for my next appointment 💗
