Never got to use my Groupon. I was cancelled on twice without being reached out to for rebooking. I asked for a refund but was told to just let someone else use it. I'm not sure why I would give someone my Groupon when I'm not having a good experience.

I purchased two vouchers, and after many text messages, rescheduling, etc, I finally showed up to my appointment today and THE OWNER (Shelly) WASN'T EVEN THERE! I had texted her an hour prior to confirm our appointments (3:30 & 4:30) and didn't receive a call/text in response. I waited until 3:45pm, called her, texted, and left a voicemail - no response. So disrespectful & unprofessional!!!!!

I had set up 2 appts with this client. The first one she said she thought the 22 was a Wed and didnt have a babysitter for that day. The second appt I sent confirmation 2 times and and called the third time. Still no response. I am very responsible and always confirm. If I had not made my best effort to reach this client I would say she could complain. I over 800 clients and have the highest ratings in Groupon according to Groupon. Sometimes the customer needs to look in the mirror. Thank you Shelly
