Florence is very nice and a good stylist but there was some confusion over the Groupon. I was finally able to use it after it expired. One thing that I thought was a bit unprofessional was that she charged me the fee her bank charges her for using my credit card. I have never been to a business who did that. My family had a restaurant and we absorbed the fee and paid the bank out of our profits.

Florence did an amazing job with my haircut and color! She listened to what I wanted, took my boring long hair, and cut it exactly how I wanted it. The balayage color she did is simply stunning. My hair looks even better than I could have imagined! You could definitely tell she has tons of experience and talent with hair. She was also very friendly and easy to talk too. I definitely recommend her!

I ended up paying an additional $60 because of extra fees. Not worth it.

I am sorry you feel that way but when hair is long and thick and needs toner that is how much it costs .
