We have a desire to provide the highest quality service. We spend more time than other business training our technicians. We offer some of the highest quality parts available and our techs never stop learning new diagnostic and repair techniques to improve our services.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We were inspired to start business because we wanted to help people. We realized that a lot of people are not properly informed about their devices and we wanted to help people get their device working and how to use them.

What do you love most about your job?
We love helping people with the technology that we are passionate about. All of our techs build computers and repair electronics as hobbies. So having a job that directly reflects our passion is truly amazing.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We had a customer that broke her phone to the point where it didn't function anymore. She had photos of her mother that passed. We fixed the phone and recovered the photos. She grabbed me and gave me a big hug and started tearing up. I will never forgot that experience

This place was the lowest price I could find anywhere with the groupon. I had to pay an extra 10 dollars because I have an iPad mini and Groupon was for a regular iPad but it was still cheaper than any other Groupon deals. It was very quick less than an hour and they did a great job! !

The employees are really nice! We got there late in the evening (about 7:45pm on a Friday) and he managed to squeeze us in! We went to have the glass replaced on our ipad. He was very courteous and had it done right at closing. He even bent out some of the edges because they had bends and dings. They sold us a nice case as well that is great quality and even threw in a screen protector. Our ipad looks almost brand new! You can't beat service like that! =)

It was a smooth process. I got the screen replaced on my iPad 2 and put a protective glass over it which was $27. Great service finished in about 1 hr. Located in Valencia mall 1st floor next to Macy's. Great experience.
