The Cajun Belle, Santa Clarita

Before The Cajun Belle made its debut as a go-to hotspot for craft cocktails, draft beer, and pizza, it went through a few growing pains. But after an appearance on Bar Rescue and a little help from the entrepreneurial eye of Jon Taffer, The Cajun Belle was born. There, sports fans take in football thanks to the Sunday Ticket subscription, all while slamming back slices of pizza topped with andouille sausage, roasted chicken, and squash. To wash it all down, the bar stirs up inventive cocktails such as the cowboy inspired Dave's Tumbleweed Whiskey. This concoction pits whiskey against the tartness of grapefruit juice, and adds a splash of cilantro simple syrup to balance the whole thing out.
