The girls were pleasant and did a good job. No complaints except I was disappointed that they had a hard time taking off my gel. They didn't really seem to know how to do it. Its best to soak pieces of cotton ball with the remover, put onto the nail & cover with foil. When you leave that on (preferable while your toes are being done) it makes it much easier and better for your nails. I hope they improve on that
