Very friendly people. So far the instructors I've met are kind and knowledgeable. I wish there were more afternoon classes, but other than that, it was very nice!

Intimate space that makes everyone feel welcome. Parking can be tough on weekends. Caring, attentive and knowledgeable instructors with years of experience as practitioners and instructors.

Great classes. Friendly, knowleinstructors. Easy to sign up and use my Groupon. Parking is a bit of a challenge in the mornings so come early so you won't be late for class.
