I never redeemed this Groupon. In fact when I went to use it, they charged me full price and said I didn't read the fine print. I reluctantly paid it because there was some semblance of truth. It was written but not exactly clear. The groupon would only be applicable to a certain technician. It surprises me that months later I see that they have cashed in me groupon. This company is dishonest and underhanded. I would avoid them at all costs!
