I did not have a pleasant experience at this establishment. I ordered the eggplant parmesan, but received lasagna and was charged for the lasagna that I didn't order. I did receive the eggplant, but it was tough, and very bland. The manager never came by to ask about our meal or to apologize for the wrong meal being sent out. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

My spinach salad was very good, as was the antipasto. The calamari was a little soggy, although I really liked the tentacles in the mix. My pappardelle with duck was dry and looked as if it had been sitting for a while under a heat lamp. The eggplant was too mushy and lacked texture. My daughter's fettuccine was bland.

We hadn't been to Pranzo for over a year. The service has always been excellent. Our last visit the food was average. This visit the menu had changed. The food was presented and prepared much better. This was a great meal with paired with the always exceptional service. Thank you to Chuck for his outstanding work ethic, sense of humor and patience with child customers.
