Phenomenal, serious Iyengar studio with highly seasoned and dedicated teachers with decades of experience. This isn’t like some trendy exercise class at a gym where it’s just about a “workout“ and the physical method is incidental. Instead, the Iyengar yoga center of Santa Monica is a place to study true yoga and evolve one’s practice.
