I tried on three separate occasions to book this tour. Each time they cancelled. I tried getting my money back, send 5 different emails and NO ONE ever responded. Eventually I had to go through groupon. After doing further research, I found out this happens more often than not. DO NOT give this company your hard earned money. They have zero respect for their customers.

I had the worst experience trying to reschedule they say to call but no one ever answers it's a machine. I wanted to take my child and family and it was the worst mistake since I got no where with them!

The tour kept being cancelled I was told each of the eleven times to rebook. When I contacted Best Tours for the second time they told me the tour would never go and to request a refund from Groupon.

Horrible business, I don't know if they are these bad in LA or in general they suck. We booked the Chocolate tour and they cancelled. I completely get that tours can be cancelled due to low registration. Then we booked the "Great Food Tour of Beverly Hills" on 07/30/2016 at noon. There were no cancellation mail so I went with my friend and waiting there with a $15 paid making. After waiting 15 mints infant of the store, I chatted with BestTours and they said the tour is cancelled and you can reschedule it. Whats a joke. No compassion, no customer service. We should change your name to WorstTours. I am telling you guys go for expensive food Tours like "side walk food tours" or " second city tours" but don't fall in this trap of BestTours. We do the food tours on regular basis and they are so worth it. The only good thing abut "BestTour" is their name "Best". Feeling so humiliated in front of my friend. Don't try to save money, actually you get what you pay for. Thats the only good thing this tour company taught me. Feeling worst of my life.

My tour has been canceled now three times and expires on the 17th of this month! I've requested a refund several times but get no answers from them.

canceled on me 3 times (I actually bought a different tour from this company that also cancelled 3 times, so six cancellations total). The second time we showed up for the tour with 14 other people when a shop owner (not affiliated with the tour). Came out to tell us our tour guide called to cancel. Horrible!

Do not purchase this Groupon if this is a present for a specific date. They have cancelled on me TWICE now and refused to give me a refund because I purchased the tour with a Groupon voucher.

Fun tour, but website needs updating as the locations listed did not match the locations we actually went to.

From Our Editors

The experts behind Best Tours don't take their superlative lightly. Their array of international tours—based in cities from Sydney to London to LA—show off a deeply-researched array of hidden gems, always clustered around a theme. Guides can take groups to see beautiful local street art, decadent chocolate shops, or haunted spots like the White House, named for the color of its ghosts. There's no pressure to walk the whole way, either. While some tours are walking tours, on others tourists get chauffeured around town in private cars.
