The address we were given was not correct, apparently they updated their start location but did not update the website. The phone number we called did not get us in contact with anyone. We ended up late because we couldn’t find where we were actually supposed to go. We ended up googling the tour trying to catch up. Once we were on the actual tour it was good.

Horrible customer service. Tour guides were no where to be found. We sent an email, no response returned. Never pay for this tour, from this company again.

I normally love these kind of tours, but the guide was just reading from a script. He didn't bother to learn the information and I don't think he was even interested in the paranormal. Why was he our guide? I could have just read the information on the internet. It was very disappointing!

Do not book anything through this company. They cancelled on us 2 times then the third time they just did not show up.
