I waited 45 minutes for my car to be finished, which I didn't mind because I was happy they were spending their time and making a effort. I usually only tip 20% but the guy cleaning my car was spending so much time on it that I decided to hand him a 50% tip. I immediately regretted it when I got into my car, he only seemed to clean and vacuum what was convenient. There were many things left uncleaned and not vacuumed up and my side mirrors and rear view hadn't been cleaned at all. Plus, no air freshener :(. I decided to treat myself to this full service car wash so that these details wouldn't be missed - I was disappointed.
