Sit 'n Sleep, Santa Monica

When I mentioned the groupon I was immediately dismissed & told what I would not get because of it. I became a less important customer. Consequently I won't return when I make my planned purchase of a much more expensive mattress in the near future. The whole experience was uncomfortable.

Very professional staff

Sit n Sleep 'forgot' to bring the bed frame when delivering the bed. I had to go into the store to get it myself. Also had to spend time assembling the frame and bed. Big hassle.
