Should have phone screening first. Left in room alone for extended period while not receiving service as needed help to restart. No bell or way to contact proprietor while lying on hard table on which it is difficult to move. And the :30 "BioMat" is not much more than a heating pad -- out in the waiting area. All and all an unpleasant experience and way shorter than :90 minutes.
