Having a mobile service is a plus. I have a large truck and last time it was detailed was about 4 yrs ago. That time I had to drop off my truck for the entire day. Today, all work completed at my home and 3.5 hrs later done! Ceramic coating, which is an add on to the coupon, is Magic!!

I had the opportunity to work with this service, and while I was hoping for a positive experience, there were aspects that didn't meet my expectations. The response time was slower than I anticipated, and there seemed to be some confusion regarding the terms of the coupon. The service was completed in about two hours, but it felt like the results were not as thorough as I had hoped, with most of the attention given to the seats. I understand that everyone has different levels of experience and commitment, and I'm sure this individual has potential if they were to put in more effort. I also noticed that the mobile service aspect was not clearly highlighted in the advertisement, which could be helpful for future customers to know. Overall, I felt that my experience was below average, and I wanted to share this feedback to help others make a more informed decision regarding their services.

I bought the full interior premium package and I am very pleased with the work that was done to my car. Benjamin was very thorough and he was very quick. Great attention to detail. He had me come out and check the work before he headed out to make sure that I was comfortable and completely satisfied with the work that was done. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Santa Rosa area.
