Nick Cann Fitness, Santa Rosa

I purchased this for my daughter who wanted to get back on the fitness track. She raves about his knowledge of working out the right way. He's tough, so this is not for wimps. Expect to be challenged.

Stumbled upon Nick when I made the decision I wanted to tone up for an upcoming trip. Working out with him has been an awesome experience! He's great at putting together workouts I've never done (most of them) and making sure I do them properly so I don't hurt myself. Nick has a great energy to him and is very positive, motivating and realistic. I highly recommend you give him a shot to help you achieve your goals!

What a great find. Nick Cann is a highly trained fitness expert. His ability to indentiy and develop a custom taliored workout was terrific. His is very engaged and a pleasure to work with. The Gym is really clean and everyone is friendly from the heavy lifters to the seniors it is a welcoming fun experience.
