I bought this Groupon three years ago and have been working out there ever since. They have a convenient schedule, the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and this is a friendly, positive environment. I’ve become fit and stronger. This is also a perfect workout for people with limited time that want to get a lot of bang for their buck in a 35-40 minute time period.

Rio, who is the owner/trainer is very concerned about his clients. Everything is explained on your first visit. The workout is nonstop however, it is also geared to each persons level of fitness. I have been very pleased with my visits to this establishment and look forward to continuing.
