I'm a yoga beginner and I found the beginner class to be exactly appropriate for my needs. I left feeling rejuvenated, released from stress and sore and tight muscles. Very relaxing environment and the small class size allowed me to concentrate and really tune into my body and mind connection. I will definitely be returning!
