I purchased a 2 Brazilian wax Groupon. Taci did a very good wax at her only location downtown. On my 2nd booked appointment she moved without notice. I left 4 messages no return call. I called 1 time, she answered & said would call back. but never did. I paid for 2 however have not received the 2nd one.

she dripped wax onto my a-hole and didn't realize it until I mentioned it at the end of the service. She was very in-experienced on technic for a Brazilian wax and she made me experience pain when I have never had before. She needs further training in Brazilian waxing. I even did not use the second waxing I paid for because it was a horrible experience. I am definably returning to Adam & Eve Spa because their brazilin wax is awesome no pain and quick!

Dear Denise; Thanks for your feedback. Sorry for your discomfort. With more than 10 years of experience in Brazilian Wax, I always ask my clients if everything is ok, and I always check if there is any wax left, regarding your discomfort this could happen because you had a lot of hair and for that reason I recommend that my clients return every 4 to 5 weeks, and I don't use any kind of anesthetic for this procedure.
