It was busy and at first I didn't feel like the customer service was good, but when it came to my turn, I was amazed. Not only did he let us change the groupon to allow us to get a larger ice cream for the 3 small, he let us sample a flavor we had questioned. This is DEFINITELY a go back to place. My daughter fell in love!! Thanks groupon for opening my eyes to someplace new!! :)
