The Palette Cafe, Saratoga Springs

The Palette Cafe is a place where patrons can drop by for a quick lunch with colleagues or a group of friends, or enjoy their morning coffee in a home-like environment. Founded by a woman with the idea to support other women, it welcomes everyone, regardless of race, gender, sex, religion, or age, to dine and relax. It's also a place to celebrate culture, shared ideas, and connections. With artworks from local artists hanging on the walls, it strives to support the art community and encourages aspiring creators to apply to its Artist in Residence program.
