Phoned this establishment BEFORE I purchased the Groupon, just to verify how the treatments work (if they are timed sessions like other places I have gone before or if sessions just cover a certain area ie: face is one session and legs are another session). I was told that they were not timed sessions but each area was a different session and that the technician took as long as necessary to treat whatever specific area you were getting done. I specifically asked about facial redness (ask: Rosacea) and was told that would be one appointment and my legs would be another appointment. I purchased the Groupon, booked my appointment to have a treatment done on my face to reduce redness. The “technician” literally snapped the laser 10-12 times over a 2 minute period and then said she was done which was the first RED FLAG (rosacea/redness covers large portion of my face, not just in 4 tiny spots so the session should have taken much longer). When I went up to the front to pay the taxes and give my Groupon voucher # this technician told me that if my face didn’t clear up it would be $100+ for each additional treatment. I corrected her, saying that I had purchased the Groupon with 4 sessions. This technician proceeded to tell me that I had just used up all 4 of my sessions in that session (which lasted no more than 2 minutes). I pretty much LAUGHED OUT LOUD at what a complete joke that would be. I corrected the technician, stating that I had even phoned in advance to verify that I was getting 4 sessions (and that each session could be on a different area ie: legs, face). This technician proceeded to tell me that she’s “the boss” and it wasn’t her that I had spoken to on the phone. She refused to take any responsibility for the fact that her staff had guaranteed to me over the phone that I was getting 4 treatment sessions. This extremely rude technician (aka: the boss) of Simple Solutions tried to offer me a 2nd session, saying that was all she would do. I told her that was completely unacceptable and a complete rip-off considering that her staff had given me misinformation, not to mention that I would never have purchased this Groupon for $224+ for a 2 minute session when anywhere else in my city will do a 15 minute timed session for $100. COMPLETE JOKE OF A SERVICE, VERY RUDE OWNER, AND NOT A GOOD DEAL AT ALL!!
