I had them come twice for two different reasons. The first time they were an hour late.

They broke the clock on my car, said they would compensate me for it. The owner Brian said he would call me the next day. It has been over 2 weeks and I still haven't heard from him. I have tried calling him at different times daily and to no avail. Very dissatisfied. Would never recommend.

I was disappointed that there were lots of spots missed; the glove box,drawer under passenger seat, coin/cup tray, inside all the other cup holders, pop-open cupboard in the middle under the coin tray. Pretty much anything that had to be opened was not cleaned. :(
