Although her technique was good, massage therapist Anna was rather business-like in her manner, unresponsive when asked a few basic questions and said almost nothing during the entire time I was there. The disconnect and lack of initial personable rapport seemed very odd and off-putting. Maybe Anna was having a bad day!? A few pleasant sentences would have made all the difference in this being a good experience. 😐
