In 2010, Leslie Tucker Carey combined her love of Savannah with her love of Bikram yoga when she opened Bikram Yoga Savannah. The studio features a state-of-the art HVAC system, as well as antimicrobial carpeting. Within this comfortable, up-to-date space, instructors teach hot-yoga classes to students of all experience levels, whether they are first-timers or veteran yogis.

For the first time I suggest, if you haven't been to a yoga class, to do a 60 minute class because they are heated yoga classes Do not eat anything, if you can't do all the moves to the fullest just do what you can do to build yourself up, and be prepared to have an awesome workout
