About Coaching with Katie

 Hello. My name is Katie. I am very passionate about helping not enabling people. I became a certified life coach because I can recall the many times I needed a little guidance or clarity on dealing with toxic/unhealthy habits, people, and environments.

 I have dealt with a lot of toxic habits from family, friends, coworkers and strangers for years. In the process of living and surviving it, I picked up toxic habits along the way. I have been on both sides of it, but I choose to continue to educate myself and others along the way by: raising awareness, providing clarity, help and wisdom.

No one is perfect. I am living proof of that. I use my personal experiences and knowledge to help others make better choices along their journey.
