I never used my voucher and it says redeemed. I called for weeks even before it appears the business was impacted and never received an answer or a call back. I would like a refund.

I received a groupon visit to Joberson's Day Spa as a gift from my son in September of 2021. I have NEVER used this groupon certificate, and it shows on Groupon that I used it on Sunday, October 31! I got on Groupon tonight so that I could print out the certificate and use it. Now I don't know what to do!

I want a refund from Groupon. I am unable to get in touch with this this business. I’ve learned that the business is closed and has been closed since September. I never redeemed or used this groupon, but it shows that it was redeemed on December 14, 2021. This business is doing some shady dealings in redeeming these vouchers knowing that they have not provided the services. And by doing this, it prevents the customer from getting a refund or credit back from Groupon. Now it has been a challenge trying to get in touch with Groupon customer service. Groupon please get in touch with me and other customers in this situation and fix this!
