I had a pleasant experience in the very beginning but then things changed. My appointments were cancelled 30 minutes prior to my appointment time via email & not text message (which was the means of communication), I feel not being considerate of traveling time. I have tried to reach out with no return text message/phone call as I didn’t complete paid sessions for due to cancellation by owner.
