Employee did not know how to accept the groupon I purchased for multiple visits. I had to wait while she called a manager both times I used it on separate visits. Very inconvenient.

The technician needs customer service training. I was not greeted, I had to ask her to clean my brows after she was done, and she didn't do the arch I asked for. I had a groupon for 3 visits and I only used one. Also, there should be running water at the booth. I had to go to the ladies room to rinse my eye when alcohol ran into them.
