The Fitness Club’s 24-hour access card unlocks the gym floor at any hour, allowing patrons to work out regardless of a tight or nontraditional schedule. The sprawling space houses elliptical trainers, treadmills, and recumbent bikes, as well as Nautilus weight-training machinery and free weights. During staffed hours, exercisers can enlist in personal training or a group fitness session in such disciplines as yoga, Zumba, or silver class, a workout tailored to seniors. Afterward, they can head to the locker rooms, which house showers, or diffuse muscular tension amid the club’s dry sauna.
