I was a regular customer up until today where I grew beyond turned off and disappointed with their service. Third time in which my appointment was not penciled in and I had to convince them I just made an appointment via phone. Massages are performed in curtain covered rooms where you as a passerby can see someone's session, as I saw someone today. I will not be returning. Go to a reputable place

The therapist was a bit rough and the atmosphere wasn't as expected but worth the money

Great massage. No issues with using the Groupon.

Couldn’t speak English well enough to explain that only 1 could be redeemed at a time, after booking 2, without mentioning that. We sat there for hours, on the phone with her son, trying to work it out. We chatted with Groupon, since we couldn’t find any phone number to call & we were told we’d be reimbursed for 1 only, per the fine print. We never received ANY massage & it was marked as redeemed. Terrible. I feel taken advantage of by the spa & Groupon :(
