My phone was screwed up by technician

Hello Jai, we don't show a repair under your name - are you sure this was Certified Phone Repair as we do not perform a repair with tracking the name? If so, please call and ask to speak to manager or owner and we can try to help you - in 2.5 years we have never had a repair go bad with a battery replacement as it is a very straight forward repair. Our customer's satisfaction is extremely important to us - please reach out so we can try to resolve for you if this was a real experience. Thank you!
