Horrible experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude, the so called masseuse was eating while giving the massage. And not to mention she kept burping over my head. This is the first and last time I will ever go here. Don't waste your money on this groupon.

I bought the Groupon for 3 massages. What they (Groupon or Pinnacle) don't tell you is that each massage must be redeemed by a separate person!! So you can only use it once; the other two need to be gifted. So now I'm left with 2 massages that I can't use. Not fair that this is not disclosed when purchasing the Groupon.
