The guy at the front desk was not interested in being there. I had to ask everything, was offered nothing...not even water, even though it was sweltering inside. The room was bright; not dim or relaxing, but harsh. The chairs were in disarray and patches of salt was missing from the walls. I ran out of there and have no plans on using my 2nd visit. Wasted $. Very unsanitary feeling, overall.

I'm sorry, this was awful. As another client mentioned, it is not Himalayan salt. The walls and floor are covered in white table salt. It was not relaxing as a yoga class was going on next door and all we could hear was the instructor and the women talking. Definitely not worth even the Groupon price. My daughter was too emabarrassed to post picutes of our "experience".

Hi Tammy. Salt caves have sea salt or pink Himalayan. We have 3 halotherapy caves, our cave listed on groupon is the cave at the starting price point. To clarify our cave with white salt is sea salt. I'm sorry if that was confusing. For those with sharper hearing complimentary ear buds are available.

I feel bad giving a less than stellar rating to anyone. I am sure covid was a difficult time for the owners but unfortunately the salt caves are falling apart and it isn't a very relaxing experience. I have been to other salt caves that use Himalayan salt which fills the air with salt dust. You can see and taste the salt. This venue uses 'table salt'. There were cute clouds hanging from the ceiling but the lights had burnt out. The salt on the walls was either cracked or chunks missing.

I'm sorry if that was confusing. Because of the humidity we've had lately some of the salt attached to the walls did fall, which is getting repaired this week.
