It would have been to see more of a variety when it came to the beer selection. I think if there had been more choices the lines might not have been so long. I also think maybe getting a free beer token in place of the free t-shirt. All in all we had a fun afternoon and will most likely go next year!
Awesome venue, great bands and great beers
Great venue. Better food choices is a must.
We had a great time, music was great, samples and number of vendors was better than expected. The only improvement we would have liked to see was more food available.
Was expecting to have some food sampling as well. I was disappointed in that. Even some food for sale beyond what was offered would have been good. Beer was good. Music was great.
I think there should be more food vendors. There was only one ope at the Syracuse Beer Fest. Also, The Breweries should bring merchandise to sell. I was looking to buy a Harpoon Hat for my boyfriend since it is his favorite beer.
Great location. Beer was great, needed more food vendors
I would go back again, if a deal is offered through Groupon again.
The syracuse university football hasn't was on the big screen...beautiful sunny day...the vendors were great...fabulous atmosphere :)
was suppose to be a beer fest and there was only about 4 differnt types of beer. other than the admission fee i am not sure why it was considered a festival, only a small handful of vendors and not a whole lot going on.

As stunning fall colors settle into the leaves of Saratoga County, beer lovers gather at the Malta Drive-In to celebrate the changing of the season with 27 different German and seasonal fall craft beers. Traditional German food complements a wide selection of American seasonal favorites, such as the Fall Summit ale from Peak Organic Brewing Company and the traditional Oktoberfest beer produced yearly by the Spaten brewery. The organizers endeavor to entertain more than taste buds, arranging live musical performances throughout the day from German accordion player Herb Liebenhagen, Saratoga favorite Headband Jack, and the Bluz House Rockers. Visitors also partake in games and contests such as Best Brat Costume or Who Smells the Most Like Cabbage.
