We also do 1 on 1 personal training and Athletes Fundamental Training, designed to take Athletes to the next level! Come check out our new facility and grand opening Oct. 1st

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
With four different weeks to camp and never the same workout twice, we deliver on another level. We have a cardio week, a strength week, intervals week and what we call Dig Deep week that combines all three weeks into one. Not to mention the constant uplifting atomosphere and never ending hi-fives!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being that I am an ex athlete and currently a San Antonio Firefighter, fitness is paramount in my life. It has always been a passion of mine, I already was helping save people in my full time job, so why not help people get fit in my part time job. This inspired me to start J-Dubz Boot Camp.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the results that my company provides. Hearing my current campers say,"I don't know what I would do without J Dubz Boot Camp." Hearing people say I have lost 5 sizes since going with you. When people get mad that they miss a camp because of other activities. This is what I love about my job.
