Sorriest excuse for a coupon ever. They didn't change the oil filter! Added a quart of oil and called it a day. This was after a 5 hour wait!
They forgot to recet the dummy light and there was a long wait.
When I arrived my name was on the schedule board. They took me right in and done such a great job. Was very fast and friendly. Will be going back again.
Great, quick customer service! Told me exactly what was wrong and fix it without a loss of mark-up or fuss. I will be going back. Thks!
Very happy with service received.
The lady I worked with had great customer service and was very friendly. Sears texted me when my car was ready.
Didn't have any problems, was in and out! Great service
The taxing method that Sears used is not fair.
When I called prior to going to get the oil change I was never asked what type of vehicle I had and that it would cost more than what I paid for the Groupon due to the type of vehicle I had, for one. Also had to wait over and hour to actually get my car in the bay.
Worst service ever! Had a 900am appointment and pulled car in at 1045am
