I went to two different locations for the same issue, and they both quoted me different prices. No consistency at all. At one place, my Groupon covered both front and rear brakes, and at the other location, only the back brakes. But I did save some money on the total bill for services because of the Groupon

they were rude, tried to charge us a bunch of money, and argued about the groupon: "man, you come in here with your twelve dollar groupon...". in the end we still had to pay them for the oil change.
we will NEVER go back to Just Brakes.

It's common courtesy to notify the customer of their wait time prior to servicing their car. I understand that Saturday mornings are busy but had I known that it was going to take 3 hours for an oil change, I could've planned accordingly. Communication is key.
