You will never have to schedule an appointment because there are absolutely NO CLASS TIMES. 9Round is 30 Minutes FULL BODY Kickboxing workout which will allow you to burn up to 500 calories and the best thing is every workout includes a trainer who will help you every step of the way!

What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring? No prior kickboxing experience needed. We have trainers on the floor that will guide you through each Round to ensure you have a Fun & Exciting workout. Please come in comfortable fitness attire.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We are the ONLY gym that offers UNLIMITED workouts at NO EXTRA COST!!! Each trainer is passionate for the health of individuals in our community which drives us to offer this FUN & EXCITING fitness option.

I went to the Shea location. Trainer David, was friendly and welcoming. The workout was challenging and fun. I was skeptical about only a 30 minute workout, but it was effective. I love that you can drop in anytime. Last workout starts 30 min before closing. Gloves and wraps are needed. They have demo gloves you can borrow- but yuck - sharing sweaty gloves, no thanks - glad I have my own!
