Told the particular type of Juvederm I purchased isn’t suitable for laugh lines (nasolabial lines) despite Juvederm’s website stating otherwise. Went ahead and let them inject my lips. However didn’t appreciate the old bait/switch.

The treatment gal rushed through my facial
Peel in aporoximately :10 if that! Terrible. I have never had a peel that was so quick plus the fact she had rock music playing which I normally like but not for this type of treatment. I will never go back.

Office staff was great -- very welcoming and friendly. My issue was with the chemical peel. I have had a couple of chemical peels in the past which produced a little bit of peeling. I was using a Groupon. The person doing the chemical peel brought me back into the room, she asked me a few questions. I put my head on the pillow, she told me this was a mild peel, said that the regular price was $125, she wiped something over my face, asked if it hurt or was uncomfortable, I said no, I sat up, walked out of the office and it all took 7 minutes from the time I put my head down til the time I was outside of the office (in the hallway). I had no peeling or redness of my skin (she did say that would be a possibility). I have never had any kind of facial treatment that was so quick. Honestly, I don't know that I would ever go back there and pay $125 for 7 minutes of service with no results.
